Paying and paperwork
- Invoiced by Jerome Reyes, doing business as Thalura, in US dollars through Wise. Pay by bank transfer (ACH or wire), or by card where the Wise payment link offers it.
- 100% after you confirm the written scope. Nothing is charged before that.
- You own everything we make for you once it's paid: copy, designs, ads, workflows and files.
- We sign your NDA on request, and keep your numbers and customer data confidential.
Your customer data
- Access through your own staff or user invites with two-factor login. No shared passwords.
- We never export or download your customer lists.
- Everything we build stays in your accounts.
- On delivery day we ask you to remove our access, or keep it only if you've hired us for upkeep.
- We'll sign your data processing agreement (DPA) if you have one.
