What we collect

When you send a form or run the store scan, we receive what you type (your store address, email and message) and the scan results. We use them only to reply, send your Leak Check and follow up a couple of times.

Where it goes

Form messages are stored in our Google Workspace and email. We don't sell or share your details.

Client account data

When you hire us, we work inside your Shopify, Klaviyo and other accounts through user invites you control. We never export customer lists, never copy customer data to our own systems, and ask you to remove our access when the work is done. We sign your DPA or NDA on request.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and form use.
