Our guarantee

Don't like the first drafts after two rounds of changes? Tell us and get a full refund, with nothing going live. And if we miss the delivery date we agreed because of us, your money back in full and you keep the work. Email [email protected] and we refund within two business days. We never guarantee a revenue result.

Estimates and examples

The store scan, the demo brand and every example on this site are illustrations, not promises. Quillfern, Halden and Brindle Kitchen are demo brands. Past results come from other businesses and won't be the same for yours.

Who you're working with

Thalura is run by Jerome Reyes, doing business as Thalura, based in the Philippines. Contracts and invoices are in his name.

Scope and payment

Every project starts with a written scope by email. Invoices are in US dollars through Wise, paid in full after you confirm the scope. The Thalura Growth System is billed monthly in advance, month to month with 30 days' notice.

Who owns the work

Once paid, you own everything we make for you: copy, designs, ads, code and workflows. We may describe the work in our portfolio without your brand name unless you agree to be named.

Confidentiality

We keep your numbers, plans and customer data confidential, and sign your NDA on request.

Your accounts

Everything we build stays in your accounts. You can remove our access at any time.

Limits

Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
